First I have heard about the oven, guests did not message while staying. When guests don’t report items, they cannot be addressed or fixed in a timely manner.

Was able to get Stephen in earlier than normal for a check-in time at his request. Other than that, I did not hear anything else except to let me know they checked out. I'd love to know what made it two stars.
