Beautiful property & home for a getaway

We stayed for my wedding weekend with a couple of family members. The house exceeded our expectations and the views/property were just beautiful. Would visit again!

Beautiful property, well appointed house, and timely friendly communications from owner.

Great experience all around - from the scenic views to the comfy beds - would recommend Eagle's Lookout to anyone looking for house in the Cooperstown area.

The property was beautiful. The house was tidy, but not the cleanest. Very convenient to the ballpark. We had two families and enjoyed our stay.

We recently enjoyed a week in this terrific property. It’s secluded, yet conveniently located to the Hall of Fame and other attractions. We especially appreciated how clean and well-equipped it was. We spent much of our time on the rear deck enjoying the spectacular view (and even spotted a distant town's fireworks display on July 4th).

This place is amazing! We wish we could have stayed longer. It is secluded, yet close to town with expansive acreage, gorgeous views, a pond, fire pit and games. The house itself is expansive, and has a great layout. We enjoyed it immensely.

Cooperstown Dream

Parents of boys playing baseball for the week at Cooperstown stayed here, the proximity to the park allowed us to get to all the games while giving us some time away to relax and enjoy the amazing property.

Cooperstown Stay

What a great place and location. Just over ten min from our tournament and just over ten minutes into town. Had a blast fishing, relaxing by the fire pit and enjoyed watching the wildlife from the back porch.

Peaceful sunsets!

The whole family of 10 ( including a newborn) had a wonderful time at this house. Plenty of room for outdoor games, family breakfasts, sitting on the decks watching the sun go down. Beds comfy, kitchen well equipped and easy drive to Cooperstown… overall, a great property.

Wonderful winter getaway

This house is on a beautiful property near Cooperstown. We stayed here in February when there was a ton of snow on the ground and a lot more falling from the sky. The house was cozy. The point of contact for the house was very responsive to any questions we had. It was a great place to bring our kids and spend time in the snow!

The house was very good for us. We had 3 different families staying there and it was a good set up. I wish we had known the actually lay-out before hand so we could know if each family had a bathroom in a room. Other than that, it was great. Beautiful scenery at the house.

Beautiful home and location

Thank you Bill. We loved the place. Your home is comfortable and spacious. Great views of the valley. Plenty of deer grazing just out back, and plenty of fish in the pond. I think we’ll be back in a couple years with my youngest son playing in a tournament. We will start our home search with one of your places. . . .
