Weekend Getaway at a Bed and Breakfast by a Peaceful Lake near Milwaukee, Wisconsin

This weekend getaway in a bed and breakfast lodge is located in near Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and can accommodate three guests. It provides them with one bedroom, one full, private bathroom, and a private balcony. The bedroom features one queen-size bed, one twin-size foldaway bed, nightstands with bedside lamps, a drop-leaf desk, and a rocking chair.



In the bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a walk-in shower. Linens, towels, fluffy bathrobes, and environmentally-sensitive toiletries are provided. Other complimentary amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a hairdryer, magazines, books, concierge services, beverages, and a gourmet breakfast.



On the private balcony, guests will find two chairs, a set of nestled tables, and views of Lauderdale Lakes and the lodge's perennial gardens. In the lodge, guests will also have access to a number of common spaces, including an indoor swimming pool, a living room, an atrium, a gathering room, and a dining room. Outside, guests will find two patios outside the pool and cottage-style gardens with a variety of seating areas, including two terraces and a deck. Inside the lodge, guests will have access to a number of common spaces, including an indoor swimming pool, a living room, an atrium, a gathering room, and a dining room, where a complimentary gourmet breakfast is served daily. Indoor amenities also include Wi-Fi, board games, playing cards, fluffy bathrobes, and concierge services. Outside, guests will find two patios outside the pool and cottage-style gardens with a variety of seating areas, including two terraces and a deck.



The swimming pool is heated and surrounded by a deck with lounge chairs and a music system that has an iPod docking station. In the living room and atrium, guests will find comfortable sofas and a television with satellite service, a DVD player, and a library.



The dining room provides guests with an elegant setting in which to enjoy their breakfast, which features a variety of teas, coffee, juice, cereals, and hot dishes, with a menu that changes every day. Examples of dishes include German apple pancakes, Belgian waffles, cinnamon raisin French toast, omelets, scrambled eggs, scrambled tofu, and sausage.
