WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS BECAUSE THERE ARE BUGS, BEE'S, WASPS, SPIDERS ETC.. OR ANY OTHER INSECTS, WILDLIFE, OR NATURE AROUND THIS PROPERTY. WE ARE IN A FOREST!
