Why they chose this property
Hawthorn Place is a historic neighborhood with a close knit community that is dedicated to maintaining its historic integrity. The homes date back to the turn of the century and owners take pride in keeping the neighborhood well maintained. It is an active neighborhood that people enjoy walking through and admiring the historic homes. Large porches are a staple of the architecture of the era and are highlighted at night by accent lighting that owners take pride in.
What makes this property unique
Our home was built in 1899! We have done our best to maintain the charm of the era while updating it with all the modern conveniences. The large front porch is very enjoyable for an evening beverage or coffee in the morning. There is an office for those that need to get some work done during your stay. The entire home has AC but if you like it a particular temp in your BR, there are individual AC units. 3 BRs plus an inflatable bed for extra guests are available. 2 full Bath Rooms for your convenience. Washer/Dryer in the basement for your needs.
