Notes

• Cottage is conveniently located in Charles City County, less than 20 minutes from Williamsburg and less than 45 minutes from Richmond. Cottage is fully equipped with automatic generator, on demand hot water system, and water softener. Maximum number of house guests is six, including children. Twenty minutes to world class golf courses, outlet shopping, canoeing in Chickahominy River, extensive bike and walking trails close by. This is a retreat property, with satellite internet access. Landlines are not provided.
