Welcome to the Maritime Retreat! You will love this peaceful community and the convenience to the water! This 2200 sf house is beautifully furnished with families in mind. This home has been completely renovated and features a wonderful open-concept kitchen that is built for entertaining. The space is open to the living room and dining room keeping everyone together during your stay. This 3 bedroom , 3 bath home can accommodate up to 10 guests and features tons of amenities for the whole family.

The Maritime Retreat is the perfect space to escape the everyday grind and enjoy life on the water! Even better, despite the remote feel, you're only 20 minutes from downtown Tuscaloosa and the University of Alabama!
With 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, there's ample space for large families or groups. In total, the house can comfortable sleep 9 guests, but there are also 2 couches that could serve as additional sleeping arrangements. It's been remodeled and outfitted with modern and cozy furnishings. Enjoy the comforts of home with a stocked kitchen, smart TVs, washer and dryer, 6-seat dining table, 4 seat kitchen bar, patio, fire pit terrace, dock with boat slip, and a large wooded lot.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Twin over Full bunk beds, plus a futon.
The primary bedroom connects to an updated en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The guest bathroom upstairs features a tub/shower combo. The basement bathroom also has a stand-up shower.

-Please be aware, like most properties on Lake Tuscaloosa, this home sits on a steep hill. There is a detached two-car carport. I have found it is easiest to pull into the carport, and then back down the hill to the flat parking area.
-There are exterior security cameras at the property's front and back. Guests may not tamper with, cover, or unplug these devices.
-A maximum of two pets are allowed with a fee of $150 per stay. If you have additional pets, you must receive written permission from management and pay additional pet fees.
-For stays longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.
