Experience comfort and convenience in our charming basement retreat! Located just off Highway 1, easy access to major travel routes and is a stone’s throw away from a vibrant shopping center, perfect for all your dining, shopping, and entertainment needs.

This cozy space includes two spacious bedrooms with plush bedding, plus a double size sofa bed. A full bathroom, and a well-equipped living area where you can unwind after a busy day. The basement’s private entrance ensures your stay is both peaceful and secluded.

Easily self check in. To access the basement, please enter from the right side of the house. The private entrance to the basement is located in the backyard. Go down the stairs to arrive.

Please text the house owner or through Airbnb message for help, for emergency, don’t be hesitant to call

Self check in, use the door code provided through message
No parties or events, no pets, and no smoking.
Please note that you will have exclusive access to this guest suite, while the upstairs is occupied by other residents. The suite has a separate entrance and is completely independent.

Booked somewhere away from the hectic hotels for 2 nights to attend a celebration of life for my cousins. Highly recommend this vs hotel, lots of room clean excellent

Great little space with room for everyone

We found this cozy, 2 bedroom to be the perfect launching pad for our conference nearby and our adventures in Vancouver. It had spaces for each of our 3 teens to sleep and my husband and I as well. The hosts were very kind and helpful.
