The property has a guest bedroom with attached private bath tub/shower with dual sinks, a standard full-length closet with hamper and linear-shelf for extra storage, room darkening curtains, flat screen HD Smart Cast television.

Off-street driveway parking. Full access to kitchen, laundry room and all common areas of the home. Smoking permitted on back patio and deck. This property is a calm, quiet private space. No pets or children, sorry. The longest Guest stay so far has been 15 months.
