The home looked as described. There were some bugs but I assume that was due to the heat, they typically try to creep into the house. But despite the property, the host was excellent at communication and helping me with anything I needed assistance with. Thank you!!

Overall, this was unfortunately not the best rental experience we’ve had. I had to reach out to the host to get the check-in information, including the door code and check-in/check-out times. The house was not as clean as expected and had an unpleasant odor upon arrival. To the host’s credit, they responded quickly and had a plumbing issue resolved almost immediately, which we appreciated. However, communication throughout the stay was generally slow, and overall, we did not feel the property was worth the price we paid.

Came in for a weekend visit with friends. This place was fantastic. It was even better than I imagined it would be. Plenty of space for everyone and the pool table was a big hit. The backyard canopy with mosquito net was a super bonus, if you are familiar with Georgia then you know this little touch went miles.We definitely plan to return on our next get together. The host was very responsive without "hoovering" which unfortunately has become the norm with these type listing.

Plenty of room, quiet location & the host Pedro was very quick to respond to any questions I had. We booked back to back as we were in town for work & will definitely book again next time we are in the area again.
