-There will be a $100 fee is you check out 30 minutes after check out time. $200 fee if checkout is 1 hour after checkout time. $300 if checkout is anything over 1 hour after check out time.
-Smoking is not permitted. There will be a $750 fee if you smoke in the unit. -No Pets are allowed in the unit. There will be a $350 fee assessed with bringing a pet.
-Please don`t use towels to wipe off makeup. Only use towels to dry your body once it is clean.
-Please place your trash outside by the front door.
-There is a noise decibel monitor present at the property. You will be notified if the noise decibel goes off. After the third warning, your reservation may be cancelled without a refund.
