Dream house with pool on island close to Oslo

Spacious 140 m2 house with panoramic view over the Oslofjord. Ideally suited for two families on vacation together, or two generations.

The summer house was built in 2014. It lies on the highest point of an island with 45 cottages in total. It has an ocean view to both east and west, and has sun almost all day (unless it´s raining, of course). The cottage has large windows, which give a real sense of being in the nature even without going outside. Indoor and outdoor fireplaces allows for cosy evenings, no matter the outside temperature. Everything is brand new and very functional.

Two kayaks are included in the rent. A small boat is also available for the renters or you can access by ferry, it has regular departures to the island. Privat heated swimming pool 8 x 4 m. New huge trampoline. Quiet place with the birds singing. No cars.The island is very quiet and peaceful, but Oslo city is just 10 minutes by boat and then 15 minutes by car/bus. The Oslo fjord is a nice area for boat trips, fishing and swimming. There are a number of islands close by, and many places to visit on day trips. Easy to get there from the airport. It takes 50 min by car/taxi. You can also take train and bus. I will meet you at the mainland Snarøya and then we will go by boat together to the Island Grimsøya.

Bedroom no. 1: 1 double bedroom (160cm bed) and bathroom with shower, washing machine and wash basin.
Bedroom no. 2: 2 beds of 120 cm width each and one is 80 cm.
Bedroom no 3: One 140 cm double bed and a single bed on top.
Bedroom no 4: Double sleeping sofa and a single bed on top.
Bedroom no 5: 120 cm bed and 70 cm bed on top.
Separate WC with entrance from outdoor, by the pool.
