Mostly seamless. However, we were not able to resolve issues due to lack of contact information. Medication got locked inside a room with digital lock. Life threatening. Other renters were extremely loud while we followed your rules. Very disturbing. Other renter drove into electrical box blowing electricity and wasting HUNDREDS of our money spent on food. Clean. Fun. Roomy. Not the best experience in other aspects. P. S. Beds were loud due to being wrapped in plastic. Yuk.

Thank you for your review, and we're glad the home was clean, fun and roomy for your group. We're reviewing with our guest support team how you tried to reach us during the stay, because our team is meant to be reachable 24/7 for exactly the kind of situations you describe. We're sorry about the power outage in the community and the noise from the neighbors, and we'll pass both on to the resort management. We hope to welcome you again.
