The close proximity to 1-20 makes this house an ideal location. 10 mi from course and close to the Bartram Golf Course. New build in 2013. Spacious living room with stone fireplace with 65" TV and surround sound system perfect for watching a recap of each round! The open layout is perfect for guests and the kitchen has all new appliances. Enjoy your morning breakfast on the back deck over looking the pond while catching up on the action on the 42" flat screen. At night you can gather around the gas, log burning fireplace on the patio. We have all the wood you need to keep warm or just enjoy the outside!

We have 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom is a king bed the rest are queen beds. There is a master bath, jack and jill style full bath, single vanity bath and a powder room
