Welcome to The Pretty Princess
The Pretty Princess is 1200 sq ft of stylishly designed and fully-furnished interior including a living room with a 43" Roku TV with video streaming apps for whatever you may like. The kitchen is cute and quaint providing everything you need to enjoy an amazing home cooked meal. The dinning area will seat four but there's still room to pull up a chair or 2.
There are 3 total bedrooms and 2 baths. One bedroom has 2 twin beds, one bedroom has a queen bed, and the Owner bedroom houses a king bed.
The private fenced-in backyard has an expansive grassy area, a small deck to take in the quiet sounds of nature.
Nestled on a quiet residential block, a short mile away from the beltline, this newly renovated home has convenient access to bars and restaurants(Lee White Development) just a 5 min drive away. Atlanta airport is a short 15-17 min drive (depending on traffic) away, lastly downtown-Mercedes Benz and State Farm Arena is a short 10-15 min drive away.
The Pretty Princess is an ideal spot for a brief stay in town to explore Atlanta, with all the comforts of home.
