This property was everything you could ask for and more.

The condo is located between Collingwood and Blue Mountain giving quick access to all of the activities that the area offers. The condo is spacious and very comfortable. It has everything you need for your stay. We had a wonderful holiday and can’t wait to go back.

We both grew up in Southern Ontario, met in Toronto, got married and started raising our family near Hamilton. When Scott got an opportunity for a job transfer to Texas, we took the leap. After becoming permanent US residents, we sold our house and found a place that was close to our family and friends where we could vacation, rent out, then retire.

Why they chose this property

This home is located in Collingwood, close to Blue Mountain and inside a gated community amid immaculately kept grounds. Tall trees, manicured lawns and views of Georgian Bay make this property stand apart from other accommodations. There is not a thing to do except enjoy the amenities, which include a full recreation center, trails, tennis courts and pools.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this condo after walking into the master bedroom with the chalet-style ceiling, wall of windows and view of the bay through the trees. After walking the trails and boardwalk by the water and seeing the recreational facilities, we were sold. Since purchasing this home, we have renovated the entire condo, making it a comfortable place to enjoy in any season.
