Magnificent waterfront apartment with beautiful view of quiet cove on Sydney Harbour
Clean, modern and well supplied with utensils. Many upsides to the apartment. Quiet, and a world removed from the busy city. Close to many inner Harbour walks. Access to city is by ferry, which is an adventure in itself. Kurraba Point’s isolation is both it’s strength and weakness, it being a little remote and difficult to get to being reliant on ferries, Uber or taxis. The apartment has no parking privileges at all, which can hinder access and convenience and limits entertaining. For us, the beauty, charm and uniqueness of the apartment far outweighed the logistics issues.

Could not get stovetop to work...no manual. Emailed manager and she replied asking for model number. I emailed her back and saying there was no model number visible. No reply. So after buying $135.00 in groceries to cook over half was thrown out. Emailed and asked if they would mind booking a cab to airport upon leaving. Couldn't call on my US phone, nor could I book online because it wouldn't accept my phone number. reply was we don't do that. So I had to take the ferry to town and find a public phone. Very poor customer service! In the US we pride ourselves on customer service...going above and beyond. However I didn't ask for that. My requests were simple and I was treated with disrespect and ignorance. I will never stay there again or refer anyone to this property manager. I was a single 58 yr old female traveling alone. I didn't know a soul. Would have been nice to have someone kind I could have reached out to for help.
