Designed for comfort and connection with nature, this elegant home features king beds in both bedrooms and a bright, open living space that flows effortlessly onto a treetop balcony. From here, enjoy stunning jungle views that overlook the pool below—your own private haven surrounded by tropical greenery. 

For added space or privacy, your reservation can include the studio apartment located downstairs, accessed separately from outside. This cozy suite features a queen bed, kitchenette, and full bath, offering guests breathtaking views of the jungle.

Perfectly positioned between Playa Pelada and Playa Guiones, this location offers the best of both worlds: the convenience of being close to beaches, restaurants, and yoga studios, while enjoying the tranquility and privacy of a jungle retreat. 

EXTRA SPACE

Enhance your stay by adding the studio apartment located on the lower level. Accessed from the exterior, this space features a queen-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a private bath—plus sweeping views of the surrounding jungle. Please note the studio is not included, we ask that you inquire for pricing, the posted rate does not include the studio.

Traffic noise is to be expected due to proximity with the main road.



LOCAL QUIRKS | WHAT TO EXPECT 

Life in Nosara is relaxed and full of charm — but it comes with a few quirks! You may experience dust, bugs, or brief power, water, or internet outages. Construction noise is also possible between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. as the area continues to grow. 

So Blue Indigo features its own independent water containment system, including a 1,000-gallon catchment tank. This setup significantly minimizes water concerns and ensures reliable water availability.

If reliable internet is essential, consider adding a mobile data plan. Please note that local septic systems don’t allow toilet paper to be flushed — bins are provided. 

These are normal aspects of life in Costa Rica and outside our control, so refunds aren’t offered for such occurrences. 

SAFETY & CANCELLATION 

While we honor our cancellation policy, processing fees are non-refundable for guest-initiated cancellations. 

Petty theft can occur, so please keep doors locked, valuables secured, and use alarms or security bars when available. A private guard can be arranged upon request. 

Even with precautions, theft can happen. Rent Nosara, the homeowner, and the property manager cannot be held responsible for lost items.
