Perfect location for our stay. Clean facilities with many extras to make it feel like home. Host was fantastic with communication before, during, and after our stay.
A group of 7 of us stayed here when visiting the area for a friend's wedding - the house is beautiful and while we did have some issues with false smoke alarms, Sam was super communicative and helpful about our issues. Would absolutely stay here again if in the area.
The house was very clean and well supplied. The individual bedrooms worked out great for our large group. We never ran out of hot water, even after several consecutive showers. Would definitely stay here again, if the occasion arises.

Thanks Stephen, It was a pleasure to have you and your family at the house. You are always welcome back!
This is our 2nd stay at this beautiful house. It is perfect for our group of 7, with ample space, bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is easy to navigate and made it easy for us to prepare several meals during our stay. The screened in pprch is a natural gathering spot and we spent the evenings enjoying the sounds of the birds and nature. Wonderful home and stay!
Thank you Sam for hosting us in your immaculately clean house nestled in the woods, it was a great location for us to make day trips out to various spots around New England and come home to relax in the peaceful neighborhood of Turning Mill.

Thanks Immanuel! And thank you for taking out the trash, doing the dishes and leaving the place in such good shape. It was a pleasure hosting you!
We loved the outdoor access with woodland conservation area and trails nearby, all within easy range of the historic, literary and cultural destinations we came to explore!
The house was everything we could have imagined and more! It was quiet and serene. The surrounding forest was so calming and relaxing. It was such a treat to wake up to the gorgeous forest through the HUGE windows on the property. The house was clean and tidy with multiple options for sleeping quarters and we were able to live here for a week as we would have at home. 1000 out of 10 would recommend. We will definitely look forward to book a future stay here.

House was great--peaceful location in the woods, nice walking trails nearby, but still near civilization. Everything in working order. House is a little older style, but everything was nice, clean, and functional. Host was easy to reach and had good communication. No complaints!
My family and I stayed here for one night to break up a long trip and it was exactly what we needed. Quiet and clean, close to highway and very convenient. Sam was a fantastic host, incredibly responsive and accommodating especially as we booked at very much the last minute.
My family stayed at this beautiful property for over a month and it was a very peaceful experience.
The house is clean and very well kept and the communication with the owner was as easy as could be. We truly loved our stay here and would 100% rent again!

Traci was a great guest! She communicated well and left the place in excellent condition. I would highly recommend her to any host looking for a positive experience!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The house was convenient, well laid out, and had every amenity our group of 8 could ask for. We enjoyed the screened in porch, well equipped kitchen, and spacious living area. As a group of 8 we occupied every bedroom and noticed how quiet it was, with no noticeable noise coming from other rooms. Very peaceful, enjoyable stay, and if we travel to this area again we will definitely be looking to stay here again!!!
This home in Lexington, MA, is very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. We loved the screened-in porch and the serene beauty that surrounds the home. Two deer in the back yard welcomed us our first day here. This location is ideal to explore the historical sites in Lexington, Salem and Boston. This is such a beautiful state to explore!
We were 10 celebrating thanksgiving and a family bar mitzvah. House was great with a roomy living room dining area in which we hosted 18 for thanksgiving dinner without a problem. Many really nice walking trails.

Response from VrboOwner on 22 July 2023
Gilda left the house in descent shape. Unfortunately, she booked the house for 8 people not 10, much less the 18 people she had over for dinner. She did not inform me that she was having an event. Just to clarify, that many people at the house is not allowed without prior approval. : )
Quiet neighborhood perfectly located close to the city
Perfect property for our family get away! Great location in a quiet neighborhood, but close to the city. The home had lots of space for our multi-generational group to have some privacy. The check in process was very easy. The property was very clean. Sam, the host, was fantastic to work with and very responsive when we had questions. We will certainly stay here again!
The house itself is such a pleasing space, with architecture that does just what it’s meant to: connects you with nature. We spent lots of time just looking out the windows at the forest and its wild residents, including a pair of owls. The trails nearby were great because we could choose a short, flat stroll, or a longer, more athletic hike. We loved staying here, and we’re already thinking about when we might go back to stay.
