The home accommodates up to 4 guests and features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a comfortable living room, a bonus lounge room, full kitchen, dining area and breakfast bar.

Start your morning with coffee while taking in the river views before heading out to explore downtown. A Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker are provided, along with complimentary K-Cups. After a day around the city, settle into the living room and unwind with the Smart Roku TV.

The property is located in a historic 1920s multi-unit building, offering the character of an older Chattanooga home with the conveniences needed for a comfortable stay. Because of its central downtown location near a roadway, some traffic noise may be heard. Note: This is a ground floor unit. There is a unit above you and sometimes noise can be heard from the guest walking upstairs. There are also a few mild stairs to access the front porch (as shown in photos).

The property is gorgeous with river views! It’s decently walkable to things nearby, though nightlife will be a little further. Parking was perfect, the natural light is amazing as well! Will stay again!

We stayed in unit B. It was a beautiful place with a wonderful location within walking distance to the Art District and a beautiful view of the river. The beds and bed linens were very nice and everything was very clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Great views! Easy parking and access. Did notice noise from upstairs neighbors and a few small maintenance items that could be addressed. Could’ve used a lamp or two in the living room and some potholders and the beds were a little bit hard. Overall a very relaxing stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was large and very pretty, nice view & decor. The shower is in a clawfoot tub so that was a bonus adventure lol! It was a greatly appreciated surprise to find they had coffee pods for us to use! We loved getting up & having coffee and then walking the path across the street to downtown for a great meal. It was maybe a mile and a half walk… it takes you through the art district area where we wandered through the cutest gallery. This stay was a wonderful experience

The location could not be better. We were on the Tennessee Riverwalk with our bikes in a matter of minutes. The architecture and decor, vintage 1920s, was beautiful and the views from the dining room are stunning. We also enjoyed the boxed games in the living room.

Perfect Stay for Our Family WeekendWe loved our stay at the 1920’s River Gem. The home is full of character — 8" baseboards, huge pocket doors, 12' ceilings, and beautiful 10' glass doors. The space was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our family, including a kitchen table that seats ten and a cozy sitting area.The ground‑level unit was ideal for my elderly parents, with a loading/unloading spot right at the entrance. The bed was very comfortable, and the board games were a fun touch. The location is unbeatable — just one block from the arena with great views.We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again.

The brownstone apartment is quite charming and has been renovated, thing are slightly worn and peeling paint in the bathroom. The apartment was well stocked and the location is ideal for active people. The decor is very stylish and set up to entertain. I read the reviews about the bathtub and thought it had probably been repaired or stabilized. No, it was a nightmare for 64,69 yr old to balance in the tub to shower. It rocks side to side.

This property was very clean and beautiful, featuring large historic rooms with natural wood trim, pocket doors and hardwood floors. Modern updated kitchen. Spectacular hilltop views of the Tennessee River and the University Rowing Team every afternoon. Views and entertainment! If you love historic homes this one is for you! The ease of parking on property was very appreciated. Only five minutes to the Arts District and downtown. Lots of shopping and dining options available. If this property has a downside, there is some traffic noise. I feel it’s important to mention that. Overall, I would definitely return. Thanks to the fantastic host for a great stay!
