About this property

Southwestern Bungalow - Central & Cozy/3BR/2 Bath

Fellow adventurers! Come kick off your hiking and riding boots at our newly redesigned, well-lit, renovated 1920's bungalow - close enough to enjoy all big city Denver has to offer and only a short drive from the escape of the mountains, downtown, the RiNo Art District, Bronco or Rockies stadiums, Red Rocks, Meow Wolf, the airport, and more. We just started renting the whole house, but I am a super host on another site and have stellar reviews from renting the lower half of this property for a while now: wwwairbnbcom/h/hyggehideaway.

**THE SPACE**
In this bungalow, design meets southwestern/western adventure. Here you’ll enjoy a comfortable, bright home with a digital keypad lock (no keys will be provided).

The space is cozily and artfully furnished with two living room areas (large smart TV upstairs), a full kitchen, two bedrooms with queen beds, two bathrooms (one with a shower, and one with a bath/shower, a dining area, a laundry room, a front porch, and a back yard and back patio sitting area with a nice gas grill and fire pit.

The basement has artfully-stained concrete floors and has WiFi, a TV with an Chromecast with free Netflix, Nintendo 64, HDMI cable, some board games, some books, a mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, cutlery, and coffee maker.

The dedicated work space with comfy chair is in the basement bedroom. Otherwise, the kitchen table is the best place to work from.

**GUEST ACCESS**
You will have access to the house, the backyard, the back patio, the front porch, and the grill. However, some areas, some cabinets/drawers/shelves, and one room upstairs on the main floor are owner's storage and will be locked off from you.

**OTHER THINGS TO NOTE**
It is an old house and the floor is a little thin and creaky, so you will sounds from above if in the basement.

Watch your head heading down the basement stairs and in the space! The stairs are slightly narrow and ceilings can feel a little low to a tall person. I'm 6'2" and I do OK down there, but much taller than that and you'll need to watch your head.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is diverse and creative. I like that a lot.

What makes this property unique

Our home is cozy, centrally located, and has a mix of western, Colorado, and some Danish flair. I'm half Danish and speak some of the father tongue. Taler du dansk? :-)
