First Bedroom is equipped with a King Bed and 50" Smart TV, second and third bedrooms have Kings size beds and 40" Smart TV's as well. In the living room we have extremely comfy sofa with a stylish seating area perfect for you to enjoy your morning cup of coffee.

Enjoy your favorite content platform (Netflix, HULU or Amazon Prime) on our Smart ROKU TV's.

The home includes all the essentials that you will need to feel right at home. Washer and Dryer, along with Full size Ironing board with Iron on site. Hangers are waiting for you to fill the large closets in each room accompanied by a dresser for any other storage needs.

Fully equipped Kitchen stocked and ready for you! Keurig coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, cutting boards and Gourmet Knife set.

Each Bathroom was recently updated and is set up will all basic needs covered. Towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and many other needed items are supplied in the house upon arrival.

Guest Access:
This home is all yours. You will have access to the entire space with your own private entrance and parking in the garage.

Access to the home will be given with a keyless entry on door. The code for access will be provided prior to check in on day of arrival.

No Smoking Inside, No Parties. Be kind to the neighbors. If you break the no party rule, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. Suspected parties or multiple, non-paid guests visiting will be promptly removed by owner. We keep a keen eye on things and expect to host five-star guests. $500 Fee for breaking House Rules.
