This bright & beautifully newly renovated two bedroom, two bath condo is located on the south beach area of New Smyrna Beach, Florida and offers guests an unparalleled experience. Our beautiful, state-of-the-art complex faces the Atlantic Ocean and is centrally located to provide easy access to the area's shopping, dining, golfing, boating, recreational and nature activities, and much more.

New Smyrna Beach is the nearest beach to the world famous attractions such as Walt Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios. These popular Florida family vacation spots are a little over an hour away. Daytona Beach, with it's exciting night life, great shopping, motor sports, and motorcycle activities is just a short 20-minute drive north.

This third floor modern condo features a spacious primary bedroom with a king size Temper-Pedic bed, 77 inch OLED 4K TV, walk-in closet and ceiling fan. The attached bathroom has two sinks, walk in shower with massage/detachable shower head, teak bench, LED magnified vanity mirror and toilet with bidet. The guest bedroom has two queen size beds, ceiling fan, 55 inch TV and a slight ocean view. The guest bathroom has a jacuzzi tub/shower and toilet with bidet. The open floor plan allows you to be in the kitchen while spending time with family and friends. The kitchen has updated high end appliances and a separate beverage fridge & cafe area with both a Keurig & Nespresso machines. The bright coastal dining room and living room combo designed with the Lexington Oyster Bay collection and large Stressless recliner is perfect to relax after a day at the beach while watching the game or movie on the 75 inch 4K smart TV with ultra high speed internet and cable. Perhaps you prefer to sit on the front porch with ocean views or enjoy the screened in back balcony with views of the complex, tennis courts and pool area. Laundry room has GE front load washer and dryer.

Oceanwalk Condominiums is a gated community. The covered gated garage parking is located on the first floor with easy access to elevator. Carts for supplies are available for assistance . Oceanwalk offers two club houses with heated pools, spas, saunas, exercise & weight rooms, lighted tennise courts, shuffle board, basketball, gas BBQ area, nature walks and easy private walking access to non-driving beach with rinse shower and hose.

Beautiful condo and beach

This is a very nice place. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The property is well maintained. This was one of the best places we've vacationed at.

Great condo! We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. Pools were good, beach was close, and fun restaurants nearby. Loved the covered parking and easy push button entry.

Originally form New Jersery / New York, I came to New Smyrna Beach and instantly feel in love with the town's charm, wonderful beaches, terrific year round weather and amazing restaurants. I just had to make it my full time residence! so I decided to move into a larger 3 bedroom unit. Now I can enjoy all that this quaint little town has to offer all year long.

Why they chose this property

NSB is the perfect little town and Owalk is like a little slice of heaven. Love the resort life style. It's like being on a permanent vacation. The short walk to the beach makes sunrise walks a must. The clean blue ocean on the non vehicle beach makes every day a beach day. I am an outdoor person and enjoy long bike rides towards Bethune Beach area where you can see dolphins and manatee on the rivers edge or ride on the beach while enjoying the ocean breeze. If you lucky you might see a rocket launch from the near by space center. New Smyrna Beach is my HAPPY PLACE and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

What makes this property unique

The recent renovations to the condo offers all the comforts of home. All you need to do is bring your cloths! The king size Tempur-Pedic bed in the primary bedroom and large 77 inch TV can make it a great place to unwind. Unlike many other 2 bedroom condos the guest bedroom in this unit offers two queen size beds and a 55 inch TV for entertainment. Building #1 has a great location with only being steps away from all the amenities of Recreation building #1 & a short stroll to the beach. I especially enjoy sitting on the front entrance seating while having my coffee and watching the sunrise. Its the perfect location for all your needs.
