Such a cool spot in a cool town! Highly recommend very comfortable and great location. Best of both worlds feels like a cabin in the woods but you are close to a cute downtown with fun bars and things to do.

Our host was incredibly responsive and communicative. The house itself is a spotless, quiet, comfortable retreat. We loved the stunning views—we even saw deer in the yard! The location is perfectly balanced: situated right by a beautiful lake and trail, yet still a quick trip downtown. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at the Dode canopy. I felt one patron described it best when he said you feel like you are staying in a treehouse. The area behind it is so lush and full of wildlife. We saw some deer, some raccoons, some squirrels, some hawks, and we couldn’t have been more thrilled. I highly recommend this property to anyone who’s going to be in the Columbia area and needs to be strategically located near Mizzou. We will definitely come back again next time we visit our family in Columbia.
