Brand new modern tiny homes that come complete with a full bathroom, kitchen and two sleeping areas. Equipped with the latest in Smart Glass technology for privacy, Solo Firepits with a BBQ cooktop for outdoor dining and minutes to the infamous Idaho City Hot Springs resorts and tons of other outdoor activities.
The space
This unit is our ADA accessible unit. It’s a one story with one living area with a bunk bed and small living room. ADA compliant bathroom and shower and ramp accessible. Also great for kids with the bunk bed.

Situated on 2 acres, you will have your own exclusive parking spot, tiny home and access to the laundry room in our main "smokejumper building."
