Phoenix Gulf Towers 1405 is a spacious four-bedroom, three-bath condo that accommodates up to 16 guests. The layout features a king bed in the master suite, while the other three bedrooms are equipped with two queen-size beds each, plus a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements.

The condo boasts beautiful tile flooring complemented by area rugs, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Each room is equipped with flat-screen TVs for entertainment. The dining room comfortably seats eight guests, with four additional barstools at the breakfast bar for casual dining.

The master bedroom features its own private balcony access and a luxurious en-suite bathroom that includes a double vanity, a Jacuzzi tub, and a separate glass walk-in shower. A convenient Jack and Jill bathroom serves the other bedrooms and includes a tub/shower combination.

Step outside onto the large balcony, where there’s plenty of seating for everyone to relax and enjoy the stunning views. This condo offers ample space and comfort, making it perfect for family gatherings or group vacations.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
