The primary bedroom includes a king bed, twin bed, en suite bath with double vanity, and direct access to the backyard and pool. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom includes three twin beds, one with a pull-out trundle.

Spa heating is included in rental rate, but pool heating will be an extra fee of $60/day (though you really won't need/want it most months of the year!). Pool heating is available upon request. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to use it, so we can ensure the system is properly checked and working before your arrival. Pool heating systems can be sensitive, and advance notice allows us time to address any potential issues. The hot tub will not be hot at check-in. Due to energy-saving measures, hot tubs cannot be left running continuously, as turning them on disables the cleaning mode. For this reason, they are only activated for a few hours at a time. Guests may turn it on upon arrival or contact us to have it activated.



Please note that the pool can be heated up to a maximum of 82°F. This provides a comfortable swimming temperature, but it is not intended to feel “hot” like a spa or hot tub. Due to the nature of the heating system, pool heating can only be offered for the entire duration of the stay and cannot be added on an ad hoc or per-day basis. Please also note that when the hot tub is in use, the system redirects heat to the hot tub, so pool heating will pause and the pool temperature may drop until the system is switched back to pool heating.



Door latches + alarms are installed and available on all exits from the house to the pool. If you're traveling with children under the age of 12, for your safety we ask that you turn on the door alarms for the entirety of your stay (instructions included at check-in).



It can get very windy in the desert! Occasionally high winds will blow dust into the pool / on to the furniture. The pool cleaner comes on Tuesday and Friday to vacuum the pool, but there is a pool brush available to help clear any dust (electric leaf blower also available for furniture, if needed).
