This spacious 5-bedroom, 9-bed, 3.5-bath lake house was designed with families in mind and comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests. With plenty of room to gather, play, and relax, it’s the ideal spot for reunions, multi-generational trips, or families traveling together. Each bedroom has it's own TV!

As of April 10, 2026 we have 3 feet of water off the end of our dock. We move our dock bi-weekly to keep the water level consistent.

BOAT RAMP If you would like to put your watercraft into the water the closest boat ramp is Bruce Creek Boat Ramp, Martin, Ga 30557 being only 12 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

CHECK IN: 4PM CHECK OUT: 10AM



CLEANING: We clean and prepare our property for guests between 10AM check out and 4PM check in.



LATE CHECK OUT / EXTENDING YOUR STAY Extending your check-out past 10am will affect our ability to have the house ready for 4pm check-in. We can alway look to see if the following night is available for rent if you would like to extend your stay to the following day at 10am.
