Originally from Southern California. I retired in Kingman Arizona 3 years ago. Married to my best friend. We are a blended family and have 4 adult sons and an adult daughter. We have became grandparents recently to a 1 year old grandson. Absolutely enjoy being a grandma. I Love to garden, and work on DYI projects around the house. My husband and I are part of the Classic car community and enjoy vintage and antiques. My husband is semi retired (plumber) full time

Why they chose this property
We love the small town feel of Kingman. The weather is amazing and enjoy being around a classic car community near Route 66. We are 20 min from Hualapai mountains, an hour from Lake Havasu, Laughlin, and Grand Canyon. A couple hours from Vegas. We support small business owners and we like to try out different restaurants in town. We have a few favorites we frequent. The prices are affordable and people are friendly.
What makes this property unique
Our property is quite unique. We live on 20 acres and have lots on unique antiques and rustic yard art displayed around the property. Mostly classic cars and parts. We also have a beautiful water feature displaying a 1940s ford truck and pond. We are also working on upgrading the property and curb appeal. We have a 23 year old mini horse , buster, the cutest donkey, Jack, and a friendly cow we call Tbone. We love all animals. If you’re not checking out the vintage yard art, the animals will make you smile. If you’re a car enthusiast you’ll enjoy checking out the cool classic cars. We have a 1923 model T, 1968 Chevy super sport, VW bus with a corvette chassis and motor. uni mog, just to name a few.
