A minor issue with the AC (it’s a brand new unit but a power surge had required it to be reset) left the house at 88 degrees. Owner responded quickly and had a repairman on site and the situation rectified before the sun had set. They handled it well. Communication before during and and after the stay was universally prompt, professional and courteous. The house itself is very clean and comfortable on the interior. The pool is spotlessly clean and refreshing. A skimmer was unable to be located but when requested a new one was delivered to the house within an hour. You really can’t ask for a more accommodating host. Overall completely recommend.

We made the house a home from the many hands on renovations my Father lead to the holidays my Mother loving orchestrated to bring joy and happiness under the roof we shared.
