The space:

This inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit offers a comfortable and spacious stay in Fort Lauderdale’s Coral Ridge neighborhood. The master bedroom features a cozy bed and ample storage, while the second bedroom provides another comfortable bed for guests. Enjoy two full bathrooms, a bright and open living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space perfect for meals or gatherings. Thoughtful touches throughout make this home ideal for families, friends, or couples seeking a relaxing getaway.

Please note that there are other guests staying in the property, so we ask that you be respectful of each other. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, in accordance with Fort Lauderdale regulations. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful environment

Pool and Tiki Hut:
The pool and tiki hut are shared with guests from other units. However, it’s rare for everyone to use the area at the same time, so there’s usually plenty of space for everyone to enjoy comfortably.

PET FEE:
Maximum of 2 pets allowed for max 25lbs each. Will charge $50 per pet per day

Our pool is maintained at a comfortable 82°F. If you’d like it heated further, please let us know at least 8 hours in advance and we’ll be happy to arrange it for a small daily fee. Thank you!

Super nice and intimate setting. Only downside was the handle on the front door was broken which made it difficult to close the door. The host did help and walk me through how to use the door with the broken handle. The pool was great, very nice and clean as well as the rooms.

After the Gentleman complained the Garbage disposal stunk we offered a full Refund immediately, Came back in to check after and re clean and found nothing od or no stink, so not sure what happened . To still leave us a poor review I feel is unfair and unjust. I guess it is what it is.
