Cozy retreat nestled in Deer Park Resort on the Kancamagus Highway. This four-bedroom, 4 full bath condo can comfortably sleep 10. An electric fireplace keeps you warm and cozy after a long day on the slopes, and A/C cools you in the summer. Fully stocked kitchen. Feel at home with comfortable bedding, blankets, and towels. Breathtaking views of the mountains. Access to pool, hot tub, fitness center, and lake swimming. Easy access 1st floor. bedroom. Large finished basement with foosball. You won’t want to leave!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Set ALL bedroom, bathroom and mudroom wall thermostats to 62 degrees. Set both Rinnai thermostats to “62”. Turn OFF ALL Mitsubishi wall units. Leave all bedroom/bathroom/laundry room doors open.
Fireplace glass doors need to be opened while the fire is turned on. The flue is permanently locked open; please close glass doors after the fire is turned off to prevent heat loss.
Please remove all trash during your stay and upon departure by dropping it off in the central dumpster located off Riverfront Road near the entrance to the resort.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
