I chose this neighborhood because it’s the perfect blend of laid back and iconic. Coney Island is one of New York’s most historic beach areas, known for its boardwalk, rides, and ocean views. The beach and boardwalk are about a 5-minute walk, and Luna Park is around 10 minutes away. The subway is close by, and you're about 25–35 minutes from Manhattan. It’s a great place to relax, explore, and still get around the city easily.
What makes this property unique
I designed this place to feel comfortable and private. I love the heated floors on colder nights, and I like having two balconies to step out and get some fresh air. The bathroom has both a stand-up shower and a jacuzzi, so I can choose between quick and refreshing or slow and relaxing. It’s really just a space to unwind and feel at home.
