About Colleen Blacklock
I love to travel and to stay home and garden. My mother taught me a lot about plants and gardening. She still knows every botanical name and so much about each plant and how they grow. She also taught me the value of home and creating a beautiful sanctuary to live in and share with others. She was a health practitioner and now I am too and I believe that our environment can be something that nurtures and inspires us. We want to share our love of beauty and nature with you.

Why Colleen Blacklock chose Oneonta
This is my mother's beautiful home. She purchased it so she could live part of the year near me and my children as they were growing up. Her passion has always been gardening and she has put in an extensive botanical garden with many special specimens of both horticultural and medicinal value. Now we have decided to share this house and the garden with others so they may enjoy the property as much as we have.
