Inside, an open-concept living area offers a comfy sectional, large dining table, and smart TVs for movie nights. The main-floor king suite includes a private ensuite and generous closets, while upstairs features a cozy queen bedroom, a twin-over-full bunk room, a dedicated workspace, and additional baths. All bedrooms have water views. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, and central A/C. Outside, relax on the waterfront patio with lounge seating, grill, outdoor dining, and a fire pit. Deep-water access and a 20,000-lb boat lift are available for approved boats (advance notice and setup fee required), making this the perfect spot to unwind, explore by boat, and experience laid-back coastal living.

Our stay at Waterfront Gem Modern Design & Gulf Breezes in Tarpon Springs was absolutely incredible—easily one of the best vacation experiences we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed the home was. Every detail felt intentional, modern, and welcoming.The views were simply stunning—peaceful, breezy, and exactly what you hope for in a waterfront getaway. We found ourselves constantly drawn to the windows and outdoor spaces, just soaking it all in.What really says it all is that we barely wanted to leave. We ended up having most of our meals at the house because it was just that comfortable and enjoyable to be there. It truly felt like a retreat—relaxing, private, and beautifully maintained.

We chose this neighborhood because it offers a rare combination of peace, natural beauty, and true waterfront living. The home sits directly across from the Tarpon Springs Yacht Club, giving you gorgeous daily sea breezes and a calming view of the water. On weekends, you can even hear the faint sound of live music drifting over from the club — just enough to add charm without disturbing the quiet atmosphere.
