Beautiful and comfortable within house apartment in the middle of 0.95 acres of land, the place invites you to peace and rest:
1 bedroom, eat in kitchen, living room with queen sofa bed and sectional fulton bed & dining room.
Access to a large fenced backyard, where your pet will feel like in heaven, deck, above ingroud pool with a big deck and just 5 minutes walk away to the beautiful walton lake.
Monroe is small town north of New York, very quiet, recreational, with lots of nature and open spaces, fresh air, in the middle of the mountains.
Our guets can use the space with freedom always respecting the basic rules.
