The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please be sure to return the front door key to the outside lockbox
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be mindful of extreme humidity in the condo by keeping the sliders closed when possible and when A/C is running.
Basic supplies and beach toys are provided on an initial basis for rental use only. Refills/additional supplies must be supplied by the guest.
Please wash off and return beach toys and provisions to original locations. Wash off sand OUTSIDE. PLEASE DO NOT PUT SAND DOWN THE DRAINS.

Our stay was lovely. Location was good.Our walk on the beach was delightful. Sitting on the terrace was the best part - listening to the roar of the ocean splashing, watching the sunrise, and seeing the birds we don't have at home fly by.I'd go back.

It is a well kept secret and a close-knit local community built on the barrier island in Brevard County, FL, where the beach is only steps away and well integrated with daily life. The locals are friendly and proud of their hometown. You will see skilled surfers from the oceanfront balcony any day that there are "usable" waves, and fisherman enjoying the uncrowded beaches to bring home a fresh dinner. Don't forget the amazing rocket launch views and you will understand what a unique and special place Satellite Beach really is!
