This 4bed villa screams perfection from each and every detail – book it and you will find out for yourself!
Ample space (600m2), a western feel, expansive living room and white interiors, make Jumah 4bed villa villa a dream home-away-from-home minutes away from the beach. Jumah 4bed villa truly has it all! From a 20m private lap pool that flows around the master bedroom suite, to an ultra-modern bright, white kitchen to an upstairs TV room, this villa is perfection. Things will only get better if you take into account the smiles and excellent service you will get from the villa manager and staff. Not to forget the meticulous care the gardener has put into the villa’s exotic garden. This detail is enough to convince you; every day Pak Gede (the gardener) plants different flowers that normally blossom and last 2-3 days.
The villa’s unique architecture allows for plenty of sunlight. This blends effortlessly with the nature that is surrounding the villa. As you walk in, you cannot miss the 20m private lap pool that has a kid-friendly shallow area. The sun loungers next to the pool call for endless tanning sessions. The outdoor hanging curved chaise is ideal for a chilled chardonnay that fits perfectly with the famous Bali sunsets – that is if you don’t want to walk to the beach. There is also an outdoor bar and stools, which are the perfect space for an evening cocktail.
Plenty of space indoors and out!
An expansive living room space including a large corner sofa and a coffee table overlook the pool and garden through the villa’s glass doors. Next to it lies the dining area. This features a glass dining table and dining chairs that can easily fit a group of 10 people. There is also a modern, western style kitchen sure to awaken your culinary senses with all western amenities. ( It has an oven, fridge, microwave, water dispenser with hot and cold options, cutlery, plates, pots & pans, just to name a few). Walk upstairs and you will find an entertainment area with a flat screen, smart TV with Netflix and home cinema. This will set the atmosphere right for a movie night. There’s also a separate kid’s area to give parents some privacy.
The master suite flows directly into the pool. Its Javanese décor gives the room a distinctive feel. Its walk-in closet will satisfy even the most demanding woman. The bathroom is spacious with 2 sinks, a bathtub (the bathtub only has cold water) and a rain shower (with hot and cold water). The other three bedroom suites do not fall behind in luxury and space. Their king size beds will guarantee a good night’s sleep, while they can also be converted into a work space with a bonus garden/pool view for the digital nomads. All the adjoining en-suite luxury bathrooms have bathtubs, rain showers and 2 sinks each, perfect for a couple. All bedrooms have a desk and ample storage space, AC and a security box.

About the host
Hosted by Bali Comfy Villas
Hi! My name is Anna and with my team I am on a mission to help you find the perfect villa in Bali for your vacation.
Our aim is to offer you exactly what you are looking for, quickly, efficiently and stress free. We understand your time is valuable and you don’t want to go through the hassle of taking care of all the small details of your vacation. We are here to assist you and organise your holiday for you so you only have to worry about where to sip your next pina colada!
Most importantly I understand your needs as I have been in your shoes in the past. I originally came to Bali in 2012 as a tourist before settling in the island for good.
Bali Comfy Villas initially started as a way to help my friends to find accommodation in Bali and then developed to become what it is today.
My selection process comes from first-hand experience. This means that I have stayed myself in all the villas I have selected and have nurtured close working relationships with the villa managers and/or owners.
From the time I started living in Bali, I have always stayed in Seminyak and then Canggu. Therefore, my villa selection is limited to these two areas which I know best and love with all my heart. I hope you will fall in love with Canggu and Seminyak the way I did when I first moved here.
For all the above reasons I believe I know what you are looking for as well as the little things you should avoid when in Bali and the things you should not miss out on, and will do my best to make your holiday a memorable one!

Why they chose this property
Start your day with the best coffee in town at Hungry Bird and head straight off to Berawa beach to enjoy some well-deserved vitamin Sea. Berawa beach is on your doorstep – 2min away by bike or car. Finns Beach Club and Atlas Beach Fest (Southeast Asia's largest one-stop entertainment center) are right there.
Other breakfast options include Satu Satu – do order the Eggs Benedict, it won’t hurt your pocket - Cinta café, 7islands and Ruko café. All these places have a lot of Western dishes, fresh fruit and Indonesian options for breakfast. 7islands is more of a gourmet bakery/coffee place but still has decent breakfast options.
Once your stomach starts rumbling, try Milu by Nook with its Western/Indo fusion cuisine. If you like raw fish, do order the spicy tuna poke bowl and enjoy the view of the ricefields. For our vegetarian and vegan friends, Peloton Supershop is definitely worth a visit. Top selections include the Creamy Cheesy Lasagne with cashew cheese or the ‘Power House Salad’ if you are up for something healthier.
Dinner options in Berawa are endless, depends on what you are craving. For pizzas to die for, try Milk and Madu (also has a playground and there is often live music) and La Baracca. Nude with its friendly smile and half raw food does great poke bowls, cocktails and smoothies. For top notch sushi go to the newly opened Sushimi or the more expensive Indigo.
If you can summon the strength and it doesn’t break your heart to step out of Berawa, Batubolong (no worries you are still in Canggu) has some great food as well. Do try the real Javanese food at Casa Tua and you will be enchanted not only by its food but also by its setting which takes you to the heart of Java. Penny Lane says it all with its jaw dropping surroundings and delish tapas and cocktails. And of course do pay a visit to the legendary Deus – one of the first places to open in Canggu – that is a concept store including a restaurant and a bar. Its famous burgers are to die for.
