We got two different location homestay
Ampang near sunway tambum and Ipoh Garden near stadium indera mulia.

prices could be negotiated as long as reasonable

please do follow these rules and hope Mr/Miss could give your cooperate
No cooking allowed ,please lower your voice at night cause will disturb neighbour

please throw rubbish into the black plastic bag in black bin ,and if its full,please refill new one and do not throw the rubbish outside of the homestay

Ipohgarden homestay
Single storey cornerlot house,compound inside could park up to 3-4 car,and
2 private toilet with shower and water heater,at the compound inside have 2 toilet with shower and water heater
the house have divide to 3 package,Package A, B ,C,
Package A
4 rooms with aircond,suit around 15 person

Package B
2 person room with aircond,tv,wardrobe,fridge

Package C
4 person room with aircond,tv,wardrobe and fridge


take abount 10 minits to Ipoh town & 15 minits to Lost World , surrounded by Food court center Woodley , swimming pool , hotel , seafood Restoran , pasar , hospital , pos office , Maybank , public bank , climb bank , hong leong bank & etc......KFC & Coffee house ,& mini market , Book shop & cars service shop & etc

Ampang homestay
Double storey house,3 rooms with aircond,suit up to 12 person,2 private toilet with shower,1 shared toilet with shower,take about 10 minits to Lost World , 15 minits to Ipoh town , this house is surrounded by convienent shop,restaurant,fastfood,bank,petrol station ,etc price per night RM280
