We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.

Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please dispose the trash daily in the plastic bench or dumpster to keep a clean home.

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company.
Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE PURCHASE
Paradise Palms Rules: Any mail with tracking numbers are considered packages.
30LB less - $10 per package
Oversized packages athose weighing over 30 pounds are not accepted at the clubhouse.

Packages will be held for up to 30 days. Packages not picked up within the time limit may be discarded.

If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.

Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Meals are delivered straight to the house.

• POOL HEATER
-Cost: $35 per day.
-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
-Must be requested 48h in advance.
-The heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED when the owner has to fix something or pay for an extra cleaning.

Family vacation

Enjoyed our stay. Property is gated and security measures in place to stay comfortably. Property was clean and neat. Check in and check out was easy. Will definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful out our only complaint was the upstairs master bedroom bathroom had a tub/shower combo and the tub stopper doesn’t work and you couldn’t take a bath because the shower won’t switch to bathtub, made it very hard with small kids not able to take a bath

Business and Leisure Trip

We rented this property because the Disney hotel that I was supposed to have for a conference was all booked. I ended up traveling with family to mix business and leisure while in Orlando. This property was great - location and size were both great. Close to a grocery store and close enough to all the Parks and International Drive. A few tips I can offer - if you are going to be there for an extended stay - also purchase the grill rental option, this is usually included in all of the previous VRBOs I have used (usually stay at a VRBO 3-5 times per year). Either way, grill would be nice for quick food for family/friends rather than using the kitchen. Also make sure the property managers have the peoples names visiting or staying in the property because they will need to show ID at the front gate and the pool/amentities. We had family visit us on 2 different days so we just used the VRBO messaging system and they added the names on the spot. Communication with the owners was the best communication I have received from a VRBO Property. They answered me via the VRBO messaging immediately and there was a clogged bathtub upstairs that was fixed within 20 minutes. Very much appreciated. For those of us that use VRBOs often, the responsiveness to this is vital as to not interupt vacation plans.

Fun in FL with friends

We rented this townhouse for a few fun days at WDW with friends. It was great to be close to the parks but have all the amenities of home (full kitchen, etc.). The unit and property as a whole was well maintained. Kitchen is well stocked. Keypad lock code was personalized for easy recall. If we rented it again we’d elect to heat the small private pool.
