• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.

Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a hot tub. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
It does not have jets.
6-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.

Parking is free.

Commercial vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, recreational vehicles, or watercraft is not permitted at Paradise Palms Resort.

• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please dispose the trash daily in the plastic bench or dumpster to keep a clean home.

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company.
Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE PURCHASE
Paradise Palms Rules: Any mail with tracking numbers are considered packages.
30LB less - $10 per package
Oversized packages athose weighing over 30 pounds are not accepted at the clubhouse.

Packages will be held for up to 30 days. Packages not picked up within the time limit may be discarded.

If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.

Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Meals are delivered straight to the house.

Air Condition did not work. 82 degrees in the house when we arrived in the evening. Spent a fortune on a family vacation. 1st time we were together in 3 years and it was so hot in the house, it was hard to sleep. Host had the ceiling fan speed control strings hidden inside the light globes and had threatening rules on the fridge and above the thermostat saying not to set it above 73 degrees and not to open the windows. The whole thing was ridiculous, they obviously know the HVAC was not working. Master Vacation Homes should be dismissed from VRBO’s vendors.

Property is very nice and exactly how it's listed. My family stayed for one night, 7 adults 1 toddler before departing for a cruise. The only issue I have was not enough towels provided. There were only 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and no wash cloths per bathroom. It's quite difficult washing with a hand towel. With 7 adults, we came up short.

Very spacious home and comfortable for the full family

Everything was seamless and easy. The property was clean and enjoyable lots of space and our family enjoyed it perfectly located near all the major Orlando spots. The only thing I would like better is earlier check-in, they said so we had to check in at 4 PM which was not convenient for us. Also having to be at 10 AM seems a bit early. That’s not a lot of time and it’s nowhere near a full day or 24 hours stay for the price, that’s my only negative. Everything else was positive

Clean Rental

Me and 10 girlfriends stayed at Bay Lake for a Disney trip. The drive to Disney was only about 15 minutes, so great location! The pool was nice to hang around as well! There were a few things we noticed in our stay wrong with house. The handle was broken off of the microwave and it looked like someone had tried to glue it back on, the ceiling had pieces fall from it from what looked like water damage and there’s only one AC unit for the entire house, so the house was pretty warm in the middle of July. Other than those few things we really enjoyed our stay at Bay Lake!

Terrible stay

The floors were wet at this location upon arrival. No signage to let us or the family know. Unfortunately my wife slipped after coming down the stairs. We had a difficult time after that. I would not ever stay here again, the management team wanted to give 10% back due to the negligence.

It was fine, and we enjoyed our time, but it could have been better

The location was great. All communications with the rental company were wonderful. They were responsive and helpful. The pool and hot tub were fabulous! The home was not as wonderful as it could have been. A few small adjustments could make the space more welcoming and the stay more comfortable. The carpet, bedding, floors, and kitchen were not as clean as we had expected. It made it hard to be fully comfortable in the space. It would have been nice to have some supplies as a welcome to the space (extra paper towels, laundry pods, dishwashing pods, etc.). Not much, just more than were provided. Still, we enjoyed our stay and were overall happy with the home.

We thought the place was great, however, there wasn't enough things to cook, toilet paper, paper towel etc. Most places we rent provide those products. We bought a frying pan so we could have eggs etc in the morning. Ice maker was an issue. Lack of hot water for showers for ten people.Other than that, this was a pleasant experience. thank you
