No cleaning fee, but we do charge an additional $30 per person after the first two guests. Please add your guest count when booking. $100 pet fee if you are bringing furry friends.

A 4-bedroom, 2-bath 1 floor home with gated driveway parking for 2-3 cars, plus street parking.
Enjoy a spacious front porch and fenced backyard boasting a fire pit, picnic table, & lounge chairs.
Originally built in 1947, this home was fully renovated in 2021. Three bedrooms feature cozy queen beds with ample closet space, complemented by two full baths with shower/bathtubs. The Master Bedroom includes an attached bathroom and a walk-in closet.
The 4th Bedroom has been transformed into a Home Theater, equipped with a 5.1 Surround system, Xbox One, and a WFH setup with HDMI hookup to a 1080p 24" monitor, a printer & complemented by high-speed wireless internet.
This versatile room includes an air mattress and fold-down couch for additional sleeping arrangements.
The well-stocked kitchen is ready for any meal, furnished with an electric range, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, slow cooker, espresso machine, and a custom-built Butcher block bar extension for ample prep space.
For extended stays, take advantage of the in-unit washer & dryer. Stay comfortable year-round with central heating and AC.
Nestled in Midtown Savannah, easily reach downtown via Montgomery Street, Lynes Parkway, or Truman Expressway. Multiple routes ensure a swift 10-minute drive to downtown.
