Cozy 2 bedroom suite with cottage vibes and a BIG backyard. Located on a quiet, rural road on the outskirts of Waterloo, this place gives you the quiet and comfort only a cottage can offer while still being close to the action; just over a 5 minute drive to the University of Waterloo (4.8 km) and under 10 minutes from Wilfrid Laurier (7.8 km). St. Jacobs Farmers Market (6.3 km), Conestoga Mall (7.9 km). A vehicle is recommended for our location. Nearest bus stop is a 2km walk.

Private two story suite with a front covered porch and spacious backyard backing onto trees and greenery. This is the front unit of a duplex with it`s own private entrance. The rear, 1 bedroom unit is rented out separately. The backyard is big and accommodating. Each suite has their own private deck with sitting area. The walls in the bedroom upstairs do not fully extend to the ceiling giving it a `loft style` fee

We like to give our guests space but are always just a message or phone call away.

Cozy home situated on a large piece of land gives off cottage like vibes while still being close to the city. A quiet, rural road with just one friendly neighbor and tons of green space and relaxing outdoor areas.

Car is recommended, nearest bus stop is roughly 2KM away. Uber and Taxi services available.
• No parties or gatherings of any kind.
• Quiet hours 10pm–7am. Noise complaints are taken seriously — be considerate of neighbours.
• No smoking of any kind indoors. A fine of up to $500 will be charged if smoke is detected to cover professional remediation.
• No pets.
• No open flames — candles and incense are not permitted.
• One parking spot included. Do not park in additional spots without authorization.
• No shoes indoors.
• Check-out: please wash dishes or run the dishwasher if available, bag and dispose garbage, return any moved furniture to its original position and leave the space as you found it.
