This is our own personal residence. It has only been leased on a two to three month basis. It has been renovated to the highest standard and includes excellent items such as 'Hotel' quality linens and pillows, all professionally laundered, quality pots and pans for the Wolf induction stovetop, premium dishes, a variety of glassware and cooking gadgets.

There are also newer Weber BBQ's on the outside ground deck area. Enjoy eating outdoors overlooking the ocean.
Most popular are watching the evening sunsets with fellow residents. Many tenants come back year after year!

Why they chose this property
The close proximity of this building to the ocean is a unique attraction. At your doorstep is a new lounging deck and re-furbished warm pool. Immediately adjacent is a beautiful soft sand beach, where you can walk for miles! The ocean entry is shallow with a soft sand bottom. There is a shallow sand bar out in front in the ocean, easily a swimmable distance.
Best of all, on many occasions, you can watch from your deck the dolphins swim past.
The beach is relatively uncrowded with only a few public access points that have very limited parking.

This property is not a continuously rented condo. Previous tenants have been very carefully selected and returned for years for a two to three month stay, once a year only.
