Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 queen size beds, a cable TV, and a wet bar with a mini fridge.



Bedroom #3 includes king size bed, a cable TV, a love seat, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles is available on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required. Passes may be purchased at the Welcome Center upon arrival at a rate of $5.00 per vehicle, per night. For reservations beginning January 1, 2026, this fee will increase to $7.00 per night, per vehicle.

• This home is a first-floor walkdown unit with 19 steps required to reach the main entrance.

• Portable crib provided.

• Long-term stays allowed.

It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley.
