We stayed at this property during SOF Week and had a fantastic experience. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for getting to and from the event, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which was a huge plus after long days.The host was responsive, easy to communicate with, and made check‑in and check‑out simple. The space had everything we needed, from reliable Wi‑Fi to a well‑stocked kitchen, and the layout worked great for our team.Overall, this was an ideal place to stay for SOF Week, and we would absolutely book again.

The pictures of this place the description DO NOT match reality. First off it’s most certainly not a mansion. It’s a house. The check in communication and process was difficult. I was asked three tones to complete a pre check in even though I did it the first time. I had to chase down the co fact and Vrbo to get the instructions. Then they code did not work so we were left stranded outside again having to contact the host. The place has seen better days and upon arrival the hot tub was not working and did not “work” until the next day. Only to stop working again for the second night. We used one one night out of 4 because it did not work. One of the toilets was broke because the water to it was turned off we discovered. The outside playground is disgusting and the green turn was all ripped up. Weeds and debris covered the back yard. One of the chairs in the theater was broken and it sits right outside 4 of the bedrooms so it cannot be used while people are sleeping. While the contacts were quick to respond. It was still frustrating to have to call or text them everyday with issues. This place needs work. Is not very nice and certainly not as nice as the pictures imply. Not having a hot tub 3 out of 4 nights because they are on a timer that turns off at 9pm is ridiculous.

WOW!! This house was an unbelievable place to host my entire family. It honestly exceeded expectations in every way. It felt like a place that was actually designed for families and groups to enjoy time together. The kids were obsessed with the game room and home theater. We had movie nights every evening with the recliner seats and popcorn machine, which quickly became everyone’s favorite part of the trip.The pool and hot tub were used daily. Having a private, heated pool meant the kids could swim from morning to night while the adults relaxed nearby. The unexpected highlight was the gym. Being able to get real workouts in without leaving the house made a huge difference and helped us keep our routine while on vacation.The kitchen was spacious, modern, and fully stocked, making it easy to cook big family meals. Bedrooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, giving everyone their own space to unwind. This has to be the best family-friendly luxury vacation rental in Tampa. We made incredible memories here and will absolutely stay again.
