▪️Regular maintenance services such as lawn care, pool/spa service, and pest control may take place during your stay. If you prefer no service during your visit, please let us know in advance.
▪️ Surveillance or recording devices are present in the property. Noise monitoring device(s) does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Due to the home’s proximity to the water, insects such as mosquitoes, no-see-ums, and other bugs may occasionally be present, especially around dawn and dusk. While we regularly perform pest control treatments, this is a natural part of being near the water. Please also note that wildlife, including alligators, may be present in nearby freshwater areas, as is common throughout Florida. We kindly ask guests to enjoy the surroundings responsibly and supervise children near the water at all times. Your comfort and safety are always our priority.
