1. Dishes washed and put away or on drying rack. 2. Trash/recycling → recycling by front door, garbage at front of house 3. Hot tub cover on, jets off. 4. Thermostats to 68°F. 5. Lock Doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
