The condo was overall clean and cozy. Needs some minor maintenance and would benefit from small touches like seating on the patio. Smaller than expected. No washer and dryer in unit as advertised, which is a priority our family filters for when selecting vacation homes.

The host is a great communicator, unit is small but well provisioned as far as cooking/tea & coffee making (byo brew). There was a plumbing issue that owner and management resolved with one call. Note to parties of 5 or more is that the downstairs bunkroom by the front door is tiny (single beds are wall-to-wall) and there is no window, so if your guests or kids are bothered by small enclosed spaces, this might not be your best choice. The price is however reasonable for what you get and the trail access to the Blackcomb gondola slope and down to the Fairmont makes it a good location, parking is adequate and secure, outdoor pool and covered hot tub areas are nice.

Went with my 3 sons - 19-26, and we had a great time! There was ample room to sleep and the common air was perfect for making dinner, playing guitar and making amazing memories, thank you we will be back!

The condo was perfect: comfortable mattresses, everything needed was available. Only cons is that the two restroom are accessible in bedrooms only and the jacuzzi wasn't really clean last day but it's not under renter responsibility.
