Enjoy your stay in this comfortable apt. with a private swimming pool. THE SWIMMING POOL (not heated) IS PRIVATE AND BELONGS TO THE HOUSE. YOU CAN RENT THE POOL FOR $15 A DAY. The Apt is fully equipped, right in the heart of the prettiest and awarded Isla Verde beach area. Just 8 minutes ride from the airport, 15-20 minutes ride to historic Old SJ and 3- minutes walk to the vibrant Isla Verde Avenue and Alambique Beach. Centrally located to restaurants, grocery, bars, casinos.

The pool can be rented for a $15 dollars fee, because it belongs to the main house, you can choose the numbers of days you want to use it and we separate it for you, so you use it privately, otherwise the owner can use the area.
